My posts are not 'The Time' quality even when OK, but the last two posts have been real crap. At the moment I just don't have the motivation to write and I am not sure what to write about although there are so many things to comment on: Earthquakes, nuclear power issue, the Arab spring, the debate in the UK over student fees, Marine Le Pen and the cantonales here in France and many other issues but I choose to write about bridges and nothing. What is happenning to me at the moment? Perhaps I should just let things go for a time and see what happens? No, not a good idea.

Saturday
The Spring is in the air here in Lyon. It's one of those things that happens here. We get some really nice weather and everyone thinks: Yes, here it is, this is Spring! Then April sets in and we get the 'giboulées de mars' and we realise that Spring is not just the sun and warmth, the longer days but also the water so that the whole of nature can wake up!
Yesterday I actually got into the garden and did some clearing up. I had left a pile of stuff from last spring and summer and autumn and winter - yes the last year - and it looks better, I feel better.

The net really works
I've just been having a look on the net. Googled my real name and came up with lots of results some of which I recognised others I think were robot generated. It is hard to stay 'hidden'. Ohhhhh, what is the world coming to?

Latter Days
I first saw this film some years ago and recently bought it. About how people can be so hard on those they love the most and how religious pompousness sometimes forgets those things that the Bible tells us: 'And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.'
See it, here is the trailer.
